Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of when you receive your item for website sales, and 7 days since your purchase for in-store shopping. The item can be exchanged for a different size or online for web credit only. If you placed an order online and need a different size, email us within the 7 days to exchange sizes based on available stock.

We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order is made you can exchange the items for a different size or receive Web Credit only.

All returned items can not be worn, or damaged in any way.

All sale items, jewelry, bags, shoes, PJ Harlow, Barefoot Dreams and swim are final sale. There will be no returns made for items bought with sale promotional codes online, all sales final. All purchases made during a Pop-Up Promotion are final sale.

Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store. Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchases but will be refunded during processing. Online orders can take upwards of 24 hours to be processed. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.
